And here comes a weird comic from 66, where another company tries their best to create their "own superman" You can see the classic hero traits , square-jaw, clean shaved face, skin tight red costume, amblem on the chest, underwear on top of the costume....
But the super-power of splitting into different parts ?
I guess that's why we never heard of this Captain Marvel...

Weird Heroes : Vote for Howard the Duck

A genuine "Vote for Howard the Duck" pin that Marvel Comics gave out in 76 in order to promote Howard the Duck, which wasn't a superheor comic and was having trouble to find an audience. The movie that was produced much later didn't help it's credibility either. But it looks like it's having a comeback with the new Marvel movies. When you look at the world today, you can't help but wonder if it would be better if he won the presidency...
